Here at AP Building & roofing we are a family run business. Between us we have over 65 years experience in all trades and always strive to give our customers the best results possible. We carry ou a wide range of work from structural, to kitchens and bathrooms and all aspects of roofing work. We truly do believe no job is too small as it helps us build a bond with customers and build our client base. We currently contract for two well known estate agents, this is testiment to the quality or work we care out and customer care. We have currently re branded the business as we wanted to have a more personal approach and feel to things for ourselves and our customers.

Ignoring their own 5 year guarantee and wont respond. repair didn't fix the issue and is still leaking less than a year later.

AP Building & RoofingThis is totally not true. We cleaned up everywhere after cleaning the roof otherwise you would not of paid. I feel this is due to the fact you asked the lads to then clean all your Pvc on the property and the lads refused as it was a extra days work! Why else would you pay if the site was left a mess??
Roof Cleaning
The roof was well washed 5. !!!! The sewer riser is clogged, all the dirt and earth is stuck in the drain pipe. !!!! The neighbors' house was contaminated nearby. !!!!! The workers refused to clean up after themselves.
Chimney Building / Repair
Arrived at the time agreed, assessed job and agreed a price, and arrange to complete next day . Arrived on time next day and completed job as agreed. Friendly and I would recommend this young man and his team to do a good job.
Roof Repair
Turned up when they said they would, and did the work immediately.
