Here at AP Building & roofing we are a family run business. Between us we have over 65 years experience in all trades and always strive to give our customers the best results possible. We carry ou a wide range of work from structural, to kitchens and bathrooms and all aspects of roofing work. We truly do believe no job is too small as it helps us build a bond with customers and build our client base. We currently contract for two well known estate agents, this is testiment to the quality or work we care out and customer care. We have currently re branded the business as we wanted to have a more personal approach and feel to things for ourselves and our customers.

Andy and his team changed our old corrugated garage roof to metal one few weeks ago. The job included the fitting of perspex panels into our existing window frame. We are satisfied with the roof, however the window looks awful. It's a small window (45" by 28") and divided into 3 sections and one section is cracked, a big screw sticking out of the frame and seems like a job has been done in a rush and could not finish it properly, moreover the panel is damaged. Despite we have done all we could by supplying electricity for them to make sure they can do a good job, they failed. In addition, after asking them to rectify it, they show no interest in doing it. Quite disappointed because Andy seems to be a friendly guy so we expected a better outcome from his team. We just hope the roof will hold up for many years and the 10 years warranty is something we can really rely on.
