Here at AP Building & roofing we are a family run business. Between us we have over 65 years experience in all trades and always strive to give our customers the best results possible. We carry ou a wide range of work from structural, to kitchens and bathrooms and all aspects of roofing work. We truly do believe no job is too small as it helps us build a bond with customers and build our client base. We currently contract for two well known estate agents, this is testiment to the quality or work we care out and customer care. We have currently re branded the business as we wanted to have a more personal approach and feel to things for ourselves and our customers.

Andrew Paddington gave me a price of £500 for changing the tiles on rooftop and repair if needed. He called to say I have some tiles from the previous job, if you're OK to do it I will do it for £480. On the day he turned up, he said he can't find the tiles nowhere, and he will apply some invisible sealants. The damp is still there and when texted him to say I can see water coming in from my loft, he was accusing me of texting him too late and it was only 9 p.m. in early September because I was panicking. Now he doesn't answer my messages. Andrew you can't run away, I will launch a formal complaint. Please do the job properly and review you job by at least sending a text to your customers, put it right if your job was not adequate.
