I have never been more impressed by a tradesman as I was by Mario. Very reasonable quote, excellent communication, prompt, flexible, friendly, superb workmanship. He did not want extra payment for additional parts required. Even offered to complete an additional job (which arose from this job) for free. He went above and beyond all my expectations.
