Install Wood Cladding and Replace Window
Andy the builder was very pleasant when he came round to quote for a cladding job. He provided a reasonable quote and said he could do this work within the next week. He then called to bring the date forward which was fine as I would be home. He was due to come round on 15th June and I received a text that morning from him saying he had been at our home at 9 am, however forgot a platform so had to go and get it. The text continued that on the way to get the platform his van had been hit from behind and was damaged so he couldn’t open the doors to access the wood he bought for my job. This was the last we heard from him. I sent numerous texts asking for him to contact us to rearrange, however he did not reply to any and simply ‘ghosted’ us. I subsequently reviewed our driveway security camera footage and this did not show him attend my house at all. This is not a case of mistaken identity; it is a simple case of being let down by this contractor for reasons unknown.

Andy was polite and professional in his work. Very clean and tidy. Excellent job done. Highly recommend his work.

Well so glad I picked Andy done great job his plaster was second to none and the other person who help out neal was as professional as his self, thay were easy to talk to and very clean and tidy wile doing the kitchen fitting on time and whent out of there way to sort a few other things out I'm very happy with the job and if I need anything else doing would not hesitate to call him again thank you Andy have a great holiday

Would thoroughly recommend Andy. He did it within his quote, very quick turnaround and exactly as promised. Even finished ahead of schedule. Worked long days and quality of the finish of our garage conversion is excellent. Could not rate highly enough.
Lay Concrete Base for Garage
Andy has recently laid a concrete pad on my garage floor which I am very pleased with. He communicated clearly when he would be carrying out the work and was punctual, efficient & left the site in a tidy state. I was impressed with Andy's workmanship & professionalism & would highly recommend him.
