partly completed work... always arrives late , work for a few hrs and comesup with a list of items that he need to make progress .... once I transfer the money, he leaves for the day... After 5 days of many unfinished jobs, he never returned back... There is another major issue that we uncovered recently..He set up an exhaust vent by drilling a hole so close to the boiler vent, which caused the boiler service to fail as both vents are soo close (less than 30 cms apart). We called him many times ..but he didn't answer our calls.
Erect Shed and Lay Concrete Paving
After reading the views on here I hired Andy McPherson to erect a garden shed for me. He said to me he would like to build one and showed me photos of ones he previously built. I agreed. He turned up with his work partner at my house and he demanded money upfront for the materials which he under-purchased and then asked for more money to cover this. At the moment I've been left with half a frame as a shed without a finish roof. He is refusing to complete the job.
Fit rectangular shower cubicle and fencing
Despite sickness Andy and his colleague did a fantastic job on our fence. Highly recommended.

Andy was lovely, polite and friendly. Straight forward with his work and what he was doing/how it was going. Great pricing for the work done.
