Repair Fascia on Single-Storey Garage
Very fast response, polite and friendly. Andrew assessed the loose fascia on the garage and initially suspected the wood was rotten and gave me an estimate for replacing the fascia about halfway along. Builders arrived the next day and once they could get a better look at the fascia they found it wasn't rotten and could simply be re-attached. They found a small piece of wood trim above it which was rotten and loose, so they removed and replaced that. They also filled some tiny holes in the roof felt. I was very pleased and relieved the fascia didn't need replacing after all and contacted Andrew to explain. He was very accommodating about it and reduced the payment to half the original quote, which was a fair reflection of the work done.
