Made arrangements 3 tines for him to come and quote and he failed to turn up on all of them. I had to contact him each time to find out if he still intended to come.

Excellent. Arrived on time to quote and then the lads came, did the job, no fuss, all mess cleared away and all done in an efficient, polite and professional manner. We are really pleased. Fair price for the work and were happy to discuss more affordable alternatives. Very pleased and would use these guys again.
Refelting
I was pleased to receive a prompt response to my ad, and was impressed with Aaron Pattison’s speedy initial contact, visit and follow-up estimate. Of the 3 quotes I received, his was the only one received in writing; despite horrendous weather conditions he finished the job in the day agreed and cleared up thoroughly; at one stage he found additional rotting timber inside the shed which needed replacement and an acceptable additional cost was added to the final invoice; Aaron checked with me to discuss the work at every stage where there was a decision to be made, which I fully appreciated. A subsequent issue was reported to Aaron who apologized and came to sort it out as soon as he could, less than 3 days later. Aaron was personable, friendly, worked quickly, and solved problems which occurred through the job to my satisfaction. I would certainly invite him to quote again for work I needed doing.
Roof Cleaning
Pattison & Sons did a superb job on our roof. It was covered in moss to the point you could barely see the tiles. The roof is now completely cleared and as good as new. Job, communication and professionalism was faultless. Would highly recommend this company.
