Fix Leaks in Two-Storey Tiled Roof
I want to share my experience so others can be cautious when dealing with this contractor. I initially contacted him to repair a roof leak after noticing moisture in the corners of my ceiling. The work started with a small quoted cost, but as the job progressed the charges kept increasing step by step. This created a confusing situation where the final amount ended up being far higher than what would normally be expected for this type of repair. I was assured that the repair would completely fix the leak and that if the issue happened again it would be repaired at no additional cost. Unfortunately, the roof is still leaking after the work was completed. I have tried several times to contact him by phone and messages to resolve the issue, but I have received no response. I have also not been provided with an invoice or receipt for the work carried out. This has been a very frustrating experience and I hope sharing this encourages a response and helps others be careful and ensure everything is clearly documented before agreeing to work.
