I recently used Altitude Roofing UK Ltd for a full roof replacement, including new fascias, soffits and guttering, and I have been extremely impressed with the service from start to finish. What stood out immediately was the quality and detail of the quotation. It was clear, comprehensive and professionally presented, which gave me confidence that I was dealing with a company that understood the work required and would carry it out properly. Communication was excellent throughout the project. I was kept informed before, during and after the work, and the team made good use of photographs to explain the condition of the existing roof, illustrate progress and demonstrate the completed work. This transparency was very reassuring and helped me understand exactly what was being done. The work itself involved removing and refitting the roof tiles, replacing damaged tiles where required, repairing roof timbers, installing new felt and battens, fitting new fascias, soffits and guttering, and installing a modern ridge system to improve roof ventilation and airflow. Throughout the project, the team took the time to explain their recommendations and the reasons behind them. I was also impressed by their professional approach to risk management. Evidence of Public Liability Insurance was provided proactively without me having to ask, which gave additional confidence in the company from the outset. Although an insurance-backed warranty was not available for this type of work, Altitude proactively pursued a Building Control completion certificate, demonstrating a commitment to providing independent assurance and ensuring the work met the required standards. The project required access arrangements involving a neighbouring property, and the team handled this aspect extremely well. They were considerate, understanding and respectful of the sensitivities involved, communicating clearly and taking care to minimise disruption while maintaining a positive relationship with my neighbour throughout the works. The workmanship was excellent. The finished roof looks neat, professional and well executed, and it is clear that care was taken over the details rather than simply completing the job as quickly as possible. The team were courteous, hardworking and professional throughout, and they took a sensible and responsible approach to health and safety while on site. They also kept the site tidy, cleared away debris as work progressed and left everything clean and organised once the project was completed. Most importantly, I now have complete confidence in the condition of the roof and the quality of the work that has been carried out. Overall, I found Altitude Roofing UK Ltd to be professional, communicative and conscientious, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering roofing work.

Replace Old Roof Tiles, Install Membrane
Requested quotes from 8 companies for a complete reroof with new tiles. I chose to instruct Altitude Roofing because after meeting Kieren I felt my personal concerns were listened to and catered for with knowledgable and relatable advice. Their price was really competitive and more importantly communication was excellent, I felt involved in the process rather than just a passenger. Regular updates in person, by text, by phone, and with pictures of progress, let me know how everything was proceeding. On day one of the job it became apparant that there was considerable damage to the structure of the roof which had not been anticipated, requiring significant remedial work and replacement of timbers. Kieren notified me immediately and committed to resolving the multiple issues at an agreed price for the additional materials and labour. All of this was done in the original outlined timescale, while fighting horrific weather and making sure my property was weatherproof and secure throughout. I am delighted with the finish and grateful to Altitude Roofing for their commitment throughout.
