All spec roofing was very helpful and did a very neat job in cleaning front back garden areas... He took out all the weeds and did a good jet wash too ..absolutely happy with the work

Flat Roof
Took full payment for the job but did not complete all agreed works. Did not provide a receipt/warranty and ignores all attempts to make contact… !

ALLSPEC roofingVery sad to read this , the job undertaken was an old felt roof striped and relayed in a new pvc membrane installed to a high quality . There is 1 tile needed to be replaced to the main house roof , however it was unsafe to do this on our visit ., I have been waiting to send the warranty until I had arranged safe access to finish the missing tile . I was happy to wait for payment but the client decided he wanted to pay . Sorry for any Miss communication and we will be in touch with a safer option to replace the broken tile .
