Gutter Cleaning and Antenna Removal
I hired Graham via MyJobQuote for roof and gutter work. The gutter cleaning was not completed, which I only discovered later after carrying out a roof-level inspection. The front gutters were full of debris, and the rear gutters also still contained debris, including a piece of hose and plastic fragments. I have dated photo and video evidence taken one month after the job was completed, clearly showing the gutters had not been cleaned. During the initial visit, Graham and his colleague also left rubbish on our property, including plastic cups, screws, and broken plastic pieces, despite bins being available at the property. We had to clear this ourselves. When I raised the gutter issue, Graham explicitly admitted that the gutter cleaning had not been done, blaming a colleague, and agreed to return and put it right. This was despite Graham himself carrying out other work on the roof during the visit. After this admission, he failed to attend on three separate agreed dates within a month. On each occasion, I sent messages and attempted to call on the day, but received no response or explanation. After missing the third arranged visit, he then changed his position, claimed the gutters had been cleaned months earlier, cited the weather only after the missed appointment and multiple messages from me, and refused to issue the refund for the unfinished gutter-cleaning work once I stated I was no longer willing to wait or reschedule. He also criticised my “attitude”, despite me remaining polite, flexible, and patient throughout, rather than addressing the unresolved work and repeated missed appointments. He additionally incorrectly stated that three months had passed before evidence was taken, despite my dated photos and videos clearly showing this was not the case. The job remains incomplete. Communication was poor, appointments were repeatedly missed, and responsibility was avoided despite clear evidence and an earlier admission. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this trader. On a separate note, another part of the job that was completed was carried out to a poor standard. An incorrect dry verge cap unit was used that did not match our existing dry verge system, and holes were drilled to force-fit it rather than using a compatible component. This has resulted in an untidy and unsatisfactory finish, with a visible gap that still allows moisture ingress.
ALL CLEAN PROPERTY SOLUTIONSI’m sorry but this is Totally untrue Bartek we done a first class job for you last year and you were happy with all the work and if you had of complained about the work we would’ve been straight back out and corrected any issues, however you have to see it from my point of view I cleaned your guttering inside and out and did some other repairs in October last year and then in January this year you want me to come and clean out your gutters again for free well I can assure you that gutters do get full within a couple of months and I do have customers who have their gutters cleaned out upto 3-4 times a year so I don’t know what you expect from me , I’m sorry you feel unsatisfied with the job we carried out , I do have before and after pictures to prove all my work was completed to a very high standard 👍🏻

Once I posted the job I was contacted very quickly by graham of All Clean Property Solutions to discuss the repairs I wanted carrying out on my property. Once Graham was happy with the information I gave he quoted the cost and timescale, with the cost being great value and the work carried out the next day. Graham turned up on time, carried out the work agreed and once finished he sent me images of the work he had completed. My guttering is now perfect, no dripping and my wife and I are absolutely 100% satisfied with all aspects carried out by Graham. I would recommend this company to my friends and family and have kept Graham's details for any future issues/work I need copleting.
