Full Detached Garage Conversion
My initial response was from Jag from AJD Property Investment Ltd. It was a quick and very professional response quite soon after putting up an enquiry. My conversations with Jag were very pleasant, he wanted to get a real good understanding of what my requirements were and also my budget and expectations. We had multiple phone conversations and a few sure visits before the job was priced up. Due to changing circumstances on my end the budget fluctuated and this did mean some aspects of the project would need to change to make it possible. Jag advised me on how close we could achieve the original project on a lesser budget and what changes would allow a good quality build without too much compromise. This made me feel confident around Jag's work ethos and that I could trust him (having had a very bad experience with another tradeesperson) I felt reassured with Jag and AJD. Dates had to move around and we both stayed in touch for a very long time till the work started. There were no shortcuts with the quantity and quality of the materials, any issues were always flagged up and remedied quickly and comfortably. Jag did give me the best price even though I made some changes the figures were always discussed transparently and any monies additionally were explained whether payable by me or coming back to me, no worries as very honest and fair. The team was very polite, courteous, tidy workers despite weather issues. Good communication throughout and very happy with the finished build. One thing I have to say is Jag has a great approach to clients, friendly and calm. At no point rushing and any delays on his end he will always stay in touch and keep you posted. I would definitely recommend Jag and AJD for the overall start to finish experience and leaving us with a set of keys to a lovely garden room that far exceeded expectations. Re-render and insulate external walls
AJD property services did external wall insulation, rendering (K render), painting and some renovation work at my house. I am very pleased with all the work. Jagdeep is professional, proactive and very helpful. Jagdeep kept me fully informed from start to finish. Repair and render kitchen extension wall
I had an excellent experience with AJD property investment LTD. Jagdeep was fully involved from the initial quote until the finish of the job. He kept me fully informed and explained in detail what needed to be done especially when unexpected snags arose. The two tradesmen assigned to the work carried out the job diligently and quickly and were polite and courteous at all times. Even though the job went slightly over budget the total cost was reasonable and I was more than satisfied with the completed project. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone thinking of repairs or renovation of their property.
