Was late to job. Very poor communication. Have had to get the job redone as joins that were put in are leaking.
AJ Plumbing, Drainage, FlooringHi Jack, sa full video was taken of the new pipework installed as you know and there was no leaks, if there was a problem you could have called me or messaged me to resolve whatever issue there could have been but as you know I waited 25minutes after the install with the water pressure fully on and you seen there was no leaks or anything, if you want to make a claim from my insurance for the works that’s not a problem but leaving a review without actually taking the time to reach is a bit bad.

went out of his way to help us solve an ongoing problem that become an emergency. Persistent in the face of a lot of trouble shooting. Clearly enjoys the work.
