About
Aim property services is looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform a wide range of general repairs and maintenance, including:
· Carpentry: Drywall patching, door/window adjustments, and minor trim work.
· Plumbing: Fixing leaky faucets, unclogging drains, and toilet repairs.
· Electrical: Safely replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets.
· Painting: Interior and exterior prep work and painting.
· General Tasks: Furniture assembly, hanging items, and minor repairs.
· Conduct routine property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
· Provide clear time and cost estimates to clients before starting projects.
· Maintain a clean, safe work environment and properly care for all tools and equipment.
· Communicate effectively with clients, managers, and team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
· Broad knowledge of basic repair techniques across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, etc.).
· Proficiency with common hand and power tools.
· Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and solve problems.
· Physical ability to perform tasks that include lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
