Fix Leak from Lintel or Roof
Very polite and prompt. Turned up 8:30am on the specified day and replaced my roof in the same day. I did have to remind them on a couple of items they had promised to do, but somehow the message had not reached their work force. However, this was not an issue in the end, but had I not been vigilant may have missed out. They also pointed out that my side wall was not in good condition and quoted me a price which I agreed to. The workman that re-pointed my wall was very polite and thorough. My only negative is that he was striving to complete the job in one day, this resulted in him working in the dark! So, the final part of the wall has not been quite as thorough. Also, one gripe is that he left a bucket full of hard cement and topped up with water on the flat roof of my garage. With all the recent rain this could have caused some issues. I had to climb up and remove it, unfortunately I managed to drop it in the process and it smashed on the ground. Overall, I am pleased with having a roof with a 25 year guarantee. I also believe the work was carried out to a good standard.
