Repair Front and Back Concrete Steps
Headline: Deliberately Misleading Pricing — Avoid Rating: 1 star Review: I strongly advise against hiring Adrian. He provided a quote of £2485 to rebuild the front wall, explicitly stating it included all excavation and construction required. However, once he demolished the front wall and dug out the soil, he claimed the connecting side wall was an "extra" not included in the original price. He waited until the work was underway to spring surprise extra costs on me, leaving me with no choice but to pay. His quote omitted an integral part of the job to hook me in. Save yourself the stress and avoid using him.

Then after viewing pictures of these job he asked me to quote for the FRONT wall and agreed on the quote I supplied. After dismantling the FRONT wall the adjoining SIDE wall was in need of repair . I called Nickolas and supplied photos asking if he wanted me to re build the SIDE wall after studying the photos he agreed with me and agreed on a price over the phone .photos of this job can be viewed..

Adrian Taylor carried out repointing work on my semi-detached house in Frimley very efficiently, delivering a high standard of workmanship throughout. He also improved our patio area by removing the existing timber and replacing it with a well-built stone wall, which looks excellent. He left everything clean and tidy once the job was completed, which was much appreciated. The work was carried out at a fair price, offering great value for money. Adrian is clearly a very experienced tradesman and a dependable professional. I would highly recommend him for his skills and quality of workmanship.
