Small Kitchen Extension Build
The builder came to view the job (a small kitchen extension) promptly and forwarded an estimate 2 days later. It was competitive and he seemed to understand what I wanted. He was able to start the next week. I paid nearly £6,000 up front. 4 workmen arrived on the Monday, but progress was very slow. The workmanship was amateurish. Unfortunately the builder had a health issue but left his team on site. On the 3rd week I was asked for more money but I refused because the progress stage didn’t warrant it. I said I would pay more when more work was completed. The building team packed up and left, leaving me well out of pocket.
Replace old shed with garden office
Really nice job and great team working on it. No mess no bother and superior outcome. Took my old shed down and put in my new garden office. I can’t wait to start to use it now. Highly recommended.
Internal Walls
They were punctual, easy to talk to, respectful of the property and did a very good Job. I am very pleased. They also kept me well informed at different stages of the works. In short, they felt like a safe pair of hands.
