Clear And Inspect Blocked Gutters
High-quality work by site team, but poor communication and unfinished details The original job to clear the gutters turned into a full replacement of our roof membrane, new fascias, soffits, and gutters for £6,000, which I agreed to given the age of the roof. The site team Richard sub-contracted were hard-working and completed the core work to a high standard over the weekend, with scaffolding taken down promptly the following day. However, my issue is with the management and completion of the contract. As part of the agreed scope, the inside of the fascia was meant to be wired off to prevent pests entering, with photo proof provided upon completion, alongside full waste removal. Over a week later, I have received no photo confirmation that the pest proofing was completed, and old guttering waste has been left on site. Richard has stopped answering my calls and messages to resolve this. While he promised a 15-year warranty and the sub-contracted trade team did good quality structural work, the lack of reliability and post-job communication leaves me without confidence in the final details or the ongoing warranty support.

Work carried out by rough trader. job done in a day £8 500 Paid. I am Fool. Work stil not finished I have tried to contact them by Phone and e-mail. No reply Thay have left a pile of rubish and ladders,Gas Cylider and disapperd. I have Photos on my computer of repairs still to be done! I can send them to you.

They were very pleasant, albeit they came a day later than arranged originally. Although they did several hours work (there were 3 of them) I thought they were very expensive.
