Adam was pleasant and professional and responded very quickly to an urgent situation. He took photos of the problem and then explained what he was going to do demonstrating good knowledge and was clear with his fixed price quote. Once the work was completed he took more photos so a clear comparison of a before and after could be made. I was very happy with the overall service.
