I am pleased you asked for a review as I need someone else to fix the mess he has made of my bedroom carpet. He has sliced through a piece right at my bedroom door about 6" carpet felt overlapping in places causing it to bunch up and under felt missing in front of my wardrobe. He didn't even glue the bit he sliced. I have been phoning and texting him but he doesn't answer any of them. I thought by using a sight like this I would have a professional job done. I will be contacting my solicitor regarding this matter as my carpets 2 5x4 cost me £920 so not cheap.
