Overall all was ok, Alex spent the time coming to meet with us and his team are all incredibly friendly, work hard and make sure to tidy at the end of each day. It was clear halfway through the job that the team had been seriously overbooked with other jobs, as ours was smaller it wasn't as prioritised and was rushed, leaving things like plastering and floor laying until late in the project and the team having to work very late into the evenings. This meant a knock on effect to the wider house renovations. Having said this, they got the job done and overall the experience was ok.

Arrived on time, did an excellent job with minimal fuss. Polite service, respectful quote for the job. Tidied up after completing the job. We would definitely use them again
