Arrived roughly on time. Was unsure of the job as he was expecting something slightly differently. Mostly tidied up and got the job done. He charged more due to having to do a bank transfer as my local cash machines were out of action.

I just want to clarify that we initially agreed on a standard door installation, but upon arrival, I found that you had a solid oak two-sided door, which requires a more complex installation, especially in an old, uneven door frame. Despite this, I proceeded with the work without mentioning any additional charges or increasing the price, even though the job required extra effort and adjustments. I appreciate your recognition of my work, and I'm glad I could complete the installation for you.
