Replace Wooden Gate in Brickwork
Do not use this company. I spoke to Ben towards the end of September 2025 about replacing a garden gate. We discussed price and materials, and I agreed to the job on the basis that: • “The gate would be made from treated, tanalised C24 grade timber,” and • “All our work is guaranteed — if anything were ever to happen, I would come straight back to address the problem.” In the week between confirming the job and the work being carried out, he rearranged four times. The work was completed on 30 September. Unfortunately, by early November the gate had warped so badly that it became almost impossible to open or close. I contacted him on 13 November to ask for this to be fixed. He told me it was a simple fix and that he would return to resolve it. That was over seven weeks ago. Despite repeatedly asking for a date and follow-up, I have been repeatedly fobbed off or ignored, and I now believe I have been blocked. I have been left with a substandard gate that still requires repair. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to use this company.

Alfie agreed on a start date. Went out the evening before and didn’t turn in for work, didn’t respond to let us know he wouldn’t be coming, just ignored phone calls and texts and still haven’t had a response. Upset the customer and cost both i on the customer money
