Flat Roof Flashing Leak Repair
I have started a dispute with the company in order to retrieve monies I had paid in advance of worked to be undertaken. Their workmanship was unsatisfactory and never finished hence I had to use another company to finish the works. The work that they had done in no way shape or form was consistent to the quote they had given me. Ie ...to supply and fit a new three layer torch on felt system consisting of underlay ,intermediate layer and a mineral cap sheet. on inspection we only got fitted two layers on the base and one layer on the sides which we have been told ,but do have photographic evidencence that those sheets were not even "primed"! I am writing this review to help prevent A-Z Ultimate Services being used by any other unsuspecting users on your site as their work and methods are utterly appalling .you should be ashamed yourselves for allowing them access to your what we thought was a trustworthy site.
Partial Repointing of Gable Roof
Certainly no fault with the quality of the work and the dedication of the workforce. It should be said the work very quickly progressed from a relatively simple gable end pointing task to a full re-roof i.e. felt, battens and new tiles due to the condition of the felt, battens and some of the roof timbers. A-Z were excellent and understanding throughout not cheap of course but then that’s to be expected given the quality of work.
