Great service from Marcus. Came on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and even had capacity to fix an additional switch I'd forgotten to mention. Highly recommend.
Electric Shower Installation
Very poor experience with 7 Bros. Both the electric shower and toilet were installed incorrectly. Mira attended themselves and confirmed in writing that the shower had not been fitted to manufacturer specification and had been damaged during installation due to poor workmanship. I was forced to buy a completely new shower unit and pay another company to reinstall everything properly. The toilet also leaked from the back every single time it was flushed after installation. What made the experience even worse was the lack of accountability afterwards. On 5 separate occasions I was told someone would come back to fix the issues, only for nobody to turn up each time, followed by my calls and messages being ignored afterwards. Completely unacceptable and extremely stressful experience.
