Level Garden and Remove Tree Stumps
We hired Nathan to complete work on our garden and front porch. The job was originally meant to take one day, which wasn’t an issue when it ran over. However, the real problem is that the work remains incomplete despite us paying the full agreed amount. He assured us he would return to finish the job, but several weeks have now passed with no follow-up. We have called more than 30 times and sent multiple messages, all without any response. Our garden and porch have been left unfinished and in a mess. The lack of communication and failure to return to complete paid work has been extremely disappointing and stressful. Based on our experience, we would not recommend his services.
Remove Eucalyptus Tree from Hedge
For my price limit (£250) Nathan not only removed a tree but also radically trimmed a hedge. All this was done cheerfully and efficiently. I would be glad to employ him again.
