3T Restoration pride ourselves in our ability to be competitive in all aspects of renovation works, damp proofing, cleaning or structural drying. We keep overheads to a minimum so that we are financially competitive to the client.
Our Damp proofing surveyors and technicians have over 20 years experience in the industry and are able to diagnose your damp issues, form a plan of action that is the most financially sound route for your property (and your pocket!) to get you back in front of any issues you may have.
We also provide a range of cleaning services from deep cleans to sparkle cleans.

Damp Proofing
3T Restoration was an excellent company to deal with and did a grand job of damp proofing two walls in my sitting room. Theirs was not the cheapest quote I received, but it included all electrical, plumbing and plastering work (except my own choice of plasterer who 3T also used, which proved to be a mistake - go with their own people!!). I didn't want the hassle of outsourcing the other work or having to remove and replace radiators and skirting myself etc, so this was perfect for me. Communication with Marc and Claire via email, texts and calls was easy with a quick response time. They explained everything clearly in their initial visit and the subsequent report was easy to understand, with a clear listing of the work to be undertaken. They were very careful sectioning off the work area with plastic sheeting and tidied up well after themselves. My neighbours had a newborn at home at the time and they even warned them when the heavy drilling and extra noisy bits would be! They are both very easy to get on with and kept me up to date with what was happening day to day. I was more than happy to give them a key and let them have access when I wasn't home - they were also lovely to my dog and cats, who loved the extra attention. I thoroughly recommend this considerate and competent duo.

Damp Proofing
Marc was a fantastic communicator we were kept in the loop throughout. We got a few different quotes for the job but 3T where by far the most professional and we knew they were going to do everything that was nessasry to make sure the problem didn't come back. Couldn't recommend 3T more!
Domestic House Cleaning
3T were professional and did a great job. My dealings were with Marc who's communication was great at all times. Very happy and going to be using 3T for other maintenance projects we have that need doing. Would recommend them.
Timber Preservation, Woodworm & Rot
Marc could not do enough for us. Service was excellent and in a quick time frame.
Damp Proofing
It took a few days for Marc to respond and contact me but when he did he arranged to view the premises that week. He carried out a thorough inspection and returned a couple of days later to carry out the required work. Only time will tell if the work was successful in curing the dampness.
