Karl was first supposed to come on Monday 23rd of March 2018, he postponed to the 26th of March and eventually came on Wed 28th. He said the job should be under 60£. When he did come, we first asked him to take a look at the existing pipes in order to connect a dishwasher and a washing machine to them and he went to a shop to buy a hose and pipes. After setting the pipes, he said it's done and asked for 85£ which we paid. However, after he left, both the dishwasher and washing machine didn't fit it because he set the pipes in the wrong place and the hose he bought was too short. So we texted him the same day and the next day he said he'd come that day and so we waited for him all day but at the last moment he said he couldn't make it and promised to come on Saturday 31st before 12 but he didn't make it either and we spent the whole morning waiting for nothing despite texting him several times (he didn't pick up the phone). He then said he'd come on Sunday so we gave one more chance but again he didn't show up and eventually texted to ask 60£ extra by offering to come next Tuesday (!) so we had no choice but to give up on him as the communication was also getting unclear and confusing.
1st Call PlumbingTotal lie. It was customer who changed first appointment. And yes I said £60 for labour plus parts.. When work was completed I showed customer and all was fine. The next day he called to say pipe was to short and needed longer washing machine hose. I said I'd sort it out but being Easter weekend and on holiday for a few days would not be possible for a few days.. So I'm sorry it turned out this way.
