Why is my account in limited service?

Your account could have been placed in limited service for a number of reasons. The primary reason is that you are no longer deemed active on the service. This could be because your alerts bounce from an unresponsive email, you have not logged in or you have not purchased a job lead for a considerable time.

How you can resolve

You can bring your account back into full service by following the action on your account dashboard. There will also be a link on this page to contact us directly if you are having any difficulties.

How can I avoid it in the future

  • Make sure all contact information is up to date
  • Check your payment card is valid and chargeable
  • Read through our terms and conditions to make sure you are not breaking any rules
  • Login to your account regularly
