Why have I received an email about duplicate accounts?

As we only allow one account per person, we often find that when customers can't login they setup a new account with us. This causes confusion and is not allowed as per our terms of service. We merge duplicate accounts and ask customers to login to a single account, normally the first one they have created to make things easier for everyone.

If we suspect fraud or abuse of our offers we reserve the right to remove all associated accounts.
