Job is ongoing because Eric is so good at what he does we have asked him to do more for us in the new year. Communication can be an issue at times but his standard of work overrides technical problems

Took far longer than promised, left a huge mess with zero effort of cleaning up even over my bed, fitted one of my locks upside down and the other one was sticky it took me 10 minutes to open. When I attempted to call and contact him to discussed he ghosted all my calls.

Eric came when said and completed job to a even higher standard than I expected job was done and I will deffo be using Eric again for other jobs I have I would deffo recommend Eric to anybody.
