Slate & Tiled Roof
Deposit of £400 was taken by Robert for roof tiles replacement. He then changed his mind and said that the whole roof needs to be replaced and he will do it for £15k. We got other quotes and found much better offer. I asked Robert to return the deposit. He said that he hasn't got online banking and will bring it in cash. He kept postponing his visit and yesterday when I messaged him again, he refused to pay back and offered to take this matter to court. No service was provided.

Dw roofing servicesThank you for your response all deposits are not refundable as I drove from Birmingham to Mansfield and was at your property for most of the day I can’t help that your roof is in poor condition and you couldn’t afford to get it done but thanks anyway thanks for your response and hope you get your roof done cheaper

Roof Repair
Daniel and Sam are both very polite and courteous young men. I was given a reasonable quote within an hour of contact. Daniel explained the roof job to me and kept me informed of everything that they were doing along the way. The job was completed professionally and within the time scale I was given. I would definitely recommend them.
