Having lost an old trusted handyman after 15 years to a career change; I needed to recruit a new saviour! John was great at communicating clearly and promptly to arrange an urgent meeting the next morning. Then having met up with and compared two quotes I chose John as his pragmatic & honest approach reassured me. His pricing was competitive and he was left in charge to fix several small maintenance, plumbing and electrical problems; and source spare parts without my presence being required. My tenants and I were left delighted by his solutions to each problem whilst still sticking to a sensible budget. I will certainly be asking him to come do further work in future. General Maintenance
Very efficient, polite arrived on time and texted ETA. Excellent, careful and in addition cleaned the skylights as well as clearing the gutters, for a reasonable fee. Very happy,would use again.
