Replace Shower Thermostatic Valve
Rob and Lisa came to repair a shower which was not getting hot. Rob diagnosed the issue as the thermostatic valve which would need replacing. In order to find the correct replacement part, Rob isolated the water and removed the thermostatic valve from the shower controls. He managed to track down the part which unfortunately had been discontinued and would have only been £56. Rob replaced the valve and turned the water back on. Rob and Lisa were friendly and professional, Rob carried out the work quickly and left the bathroom as it was found, there has not been any issues following Rob carrying out the work. They said they always work with the customer which I believe as they seemed genuinely disappointed they were unable to get the part and carry out the works at a very agreeable price. On top of everything they did not charge for the diagnostic work carried out. We are considering a new shower and will definitely be back in touch with Walker’s Plumbing Service!
