Laminate Flooring
Victorp has disappeared! After agreeing on a quote (£520), and giving him the keys to the house, he has disappeared. He doesn't answer phone calls or messages. I have advised him that I have given the job to someone else. It is most disappointing because he has made me waste one entire week waiting for him.

Viktorp ~ Joinery & Handyman servicesI have to confirm this Costumer Review and I accept it. After we agreed Quotation I started Job , all goes well until .: Main reasons of this situation which was car accident , unfortunately I was unable to continue and finish the job because I had problem with neck . As always I didn't ask or take payment upfront for the Job ( as Deposit ) . I explained costumer what happened And I apologized . I understand value of the time what Costumer lost from mine mistake in managing the situation , in fair play way to cover Costumer time I balanced this situation following way .: I didn't ask or take payment for the Job what I done before accident happened. In 4 rooms I checked old flor and prepared also materials for laying laminate floor in each room and In two rooms laminate floor I completed in half way which was about - 9 Square meters . As in standard I kept property protected, locked and clean
Laminate Flooring
Viktor did a great job of laying laminate flooring at a very good standard and at a very reasonable price. We have more flooring to be done in the New Year and will definitely have Viktor back to do the job.

General Maintenance
I was pleased with the work was carried out and the way it was done. After finishing the work Victor showed me the completed work on Whatsapp and when he left the house he showed on Whatsapp switching off all the lights and shutting the front door. All the work was completed didn't make any excuses. I found him reliable and trustworthy. 10/10🙂
