Ivan turned up when he informed me. Looked at the work required and said he would check the supplier for the material. He was informed the flooring was obsolete. He returned and told us this all and offered other solutions. The job was carried out to a very high standard and we are well satisfied with his attention to detail. The room was left clean and tidy as well as the garden where he used power tools.
