Upcycling discarded materials to provide bespoke interior renovations, furniture restoration, design & build services, drafting, project management, general handyman services, recruitment and stone consultancy.
I always provide detailed written quotations (not estimates) for every job. The quote is fully transparent and shows how the price of the job is calculated (eg cost of materials and cost of labour for each phase of the job, etc). This gives the customer the benefit of being able to add or omit elements of the job to meet their budget and avoids any confusion that might arise in the future, eg regarding what is/isn't included in the job. I can also give the option of working on a paid-per-hour/day basis.
With more than 11 years construction industry experience I also have 9 years of further education including the following qualifications:
* GNVQ Construction & the built environment,
* BTEC Construction, City & Guilds,
* BA (Hons) Architecture, 2:1 degree,
* PG Dip Architecture (equivalent to a masters). RIBA Part 2,
* 3D Studio Max, short course,
* CSCS, Construction Skills Certificate Scheme.
