Repair/Replace Lead Roof Gulley
Tom and his team did an amazing job on my roof he completed my replacement valleys the job I asked for and also did broken tile replacements some other lead work and all at no extra charge from my experience I was very pleased with an excellent job
Repair Leak in Velux Window
This person is a scammer - BEWARE! I have a leaky Skylight window. Tom came, didn’t properly diagnose the problem, got his guy to just put some cement on a tile near the window in 5 minutes. Then charged me £220. Having spoken to another roofer, this was not the correct thing to do as it is likely flashing / window unit related. The window is still leaking. I have called him numerous times to rectify the problem, he is not picking up his calls. I will be reporting him to Trading Standards.
Chimney Lining or Flashing Replacement
Do not use this company. They charged me £5,500 to fix my roof and caused more damage than there was before When I tried to contact Tom ward because my water leak was still in the same place he did not answer the phone and ignore all the calls and messages
Identify Chimney Leak and Damp Cause
Tom was great, explained with pics what he identified & the remedial work he did. Can’t comment yet on how well it’s worked to solve my problem as it needs to dry out inside.
Garage Roof Leak Repair or Replacement
Tom came out very quickly, I didn't even need to be in. He provided pictures, a fair quote and fixed very quickly. Followed 2 days we had a large storm and so far so good! Thanks Tom!
