Fantastic service. Turned up very quickly, on time. Did a great job and sent an invoice then a paid invoice which I thought was a good system. Would definitely recommend.
Chimney Cleaning and Debris Removal
Rocky aka R E Property Maintenance came round on or about 31st Oct to quote, which he did. Agreed details and arranged for work to be done on Monday 4th Nov. I rang on that morning to check he was on his way, he said Yes. Then not long after he rang back saying he had to take his kid to the hospital. One minute he was on his way and the next he wasn't. Nevertheless arranged a new date, that WAS today Thurs 7th Nov. He didn't show, didn't respond to my calls, got no messages from him, that was it. He wasted my time and that cost me too as I'm self employed and hadn't booked work in on those days. And do I believe his kid to hospital story, absolutely not. He's clearly UNRELIABLE and will let you down without a thought. I'd say if you want a professional and reliable tradesperson then don't use this R E Property Maintenance.

Rocky who repaired the roof was excellent with the job and communication. He even gave 8 years warranty 🙂

This company is Brilliant, great workers, great price would recommend them to anyone would use again, and will, job is done to a high standard.
