I recently hired Simbanda for a bathroom toilet leak in my rented house, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the moment I called, he was incredibly polite and friendly. He came out the very next day and not only fixed the toilet leak but also went above and beyond by checking and clearing blockages in the house gutter. He even sorted out a pipe leak under the kitchen sink and cleaned the area! I'm so glad I chose Simbanda for the job. His work is top-notch, and he kept me updated throughout the process by sending before and after pictures. What's even better is that his prices are very cheap and affordable. I've already passed his number along to other estate agents I work with because he's that good. No complaints at all – highly recommend!
