We undertake a wide range of building projects such as loft conversions, extensions, and refurbishments, as well as smaller projects like carpentry & roofing, bathrooms, and kitchens. We tend to cover the whole of Surrey, South London, East London, and Southeast London.
We as a company are pleased to announce that a vast majority of our projects undertaken are by recommendations, we are pleased to have built such a good reputation in the area. The building industry is an incredibly competitive market and unlike most companies we ensure every little detail is covered from start to finish. We aim to satisfy by providing you with a complete package, without being hit with additional extras, within our agreement. Should you require additional works outside the agreement we can provide you with a quotation for any additional works. We will not take offence if you wish to use an alternative contractor to do these additional works.
10- Year Guarantee
Swan Group offers a full 10-year guarantee to structural building works done, this covers all materials and workmanship in accordance with our terms and conditions of business. In the unlikely event that a problem was to arise, Swan Group will carry out works necessary to rectify any problems without charge. This will be provided upon satisfaction and completion of works and final payment.
