Excellent communication from start to finish , arrived prompt , no messing straight to work repair and chimney capped . The lads even cleaned my sky lights and cleared the gutters and driveway All waste was removed Seriously don’t bother looking for anyone else !! Really friendly you can’t ask for more Would recommend
Fix Leak on Pitched Roof
Chris was very polite, but the men he has working for him weren't professional at all. They were fixing a leak on the bay window roof, had to order some replacement tiles, but left us for a week with a hole with rain pouring in, fair enough we had a lot of rain that week but it could have been done sooner, it didn't rain for 7 days, they were working elsewhere. One of the workers dropped a slate from the house roof, plus dropped a cigarette end in my nasty neighbours garden which infuriated him. The repair lasted 3 weeks and we now have rain pouring in again from exactly the same place. Very, very disappointed.
