Replace Double Shower Cubicle
Ternie and Roger completed a double shower tray replacement and reinstalled the shower enclosure where they worked tirelessly and professionally. Always kept in touch even phoning to inform of arrival times, what material they would use. Good guys for sure, I will also that the guys cleaned up on completion in full. I will keep their number near for any further works for me or others
Replace Toilet, Sink, and Tile Floor
Initial work carried out was a good standard though it went well over the estimated time. No issues with quality of work but would advise a better estimation of timeframe to complete the job
Partial Wall and Floor Tiling
Good communication. Asked me questions I'd not thought about so he can do the job right. Finished job is brilliant - sharp, clean lines. Good workmanship.
Shower and Bath Regrouting
I think his workmanship was fine, but he did not treat as I would like to be treated. Basically he asked for half payment after he'd done a days work, coming back tomorrow to complete the job. I had been out busy for the day so had not really been about to ask all the questions I wanted, but we were squeezing the work in between a busy house schedule and wanted a bathroom that didn't drip down into the kitchen. I paid for half, then he did not turn up the next day as agreed. went off and did another job somewhere else. when he did come back to finish the work, he would not guarantee that he'd fixed the leek. So I told him to leave and I sorted the job myself. Mostly the issue was asking the right questions in the first place, but he did not help me with that. Not turning up to finish a job without good reason - unacceptable Paying him before he'd finished the work - stupid!
Full Bathroom Refit and Tiling
Excellent work, very professional and helpful. Discussed work at all stages and agreed any necessary changes in advance. Great workmanship and finishes at a fair price.
Repair Loose Bathroom Tiles
Ternie did an excellent job, fixed the tiles very well. I would recommend to anyone who needs some tile work to be done 👍
Kitchen Wall Tiling Required
Excellent tiler and, for us, his most significant attribute was that he discussed the project in detail as it progressed to make sure we were happy. The kitchen project, when completed was flawless and Tierney paid just as much attention to tidying up. We can thoroughly recommend him.
Remove Dining Room Floor Tiles
Good interpersonal skills and very knowledgeable. Arrived on time to complete job. Very satisfied with end result and asked to complete next part of project.
