About
Trusted damp proofing and pest control specialists serving properties across Scotland. We diagnose and treat rising damp, penetrating damp, and condensation issues, along with rodent, insect, and wasp infestations — all backed by 25 years of hands-on experience and fully trained, certified technicians.
Whether you're a homeowner, landlord, or letting agent, we offer thorough surveys, honest advice, and lasting solutions rather than quick fixes. Our damp proofing work tackles the root cause, not just the symptoms, and our pest control treatments follow industry-standard protocols for safe, effective results.
Covering the whole of Scotland, we're the single call for both property damp and pest issues — reliable, professional, and easy to work with.
