Got the job done, the initial quote was given over the phone without looking what was meant to be done. I don't mind that at all, I work with customers myself so I know it's difficult. Although on the day he was supposed to come I had to send a message around 12.30 to see if he was coming or not that day, he did but a.bit delayed. The job then was supposed to take the whole day and not the initial 2hr as mentioned over the phone. I pushed a bit since I wanted that to be completed the earliest possible, he did. The job was completed and the tv is working fine. As a constructive review, I would personally say he might need to improve in his quotes and give an accurate time/price one after see the actual job since, as a customer, I might not be describing everything as I should (merely for the lack of knowledge). He's a nice guy and gets the job done, he's young and like everyone has room to grow. At the end I'm happy with the work provided and would hire him again if needed
