I’ve spent over 15 years in the healthcare industry, starting hands-on as a healthcare assistant, cleaning GP practices, moving through GP practices, and then into practice rescue and management roles. For the last seven years I worked as an Operations Manager, helping mobilise one of the first COVID-19 response services and overseeing vaccination sites and clinics during one of the most demanding periods in modern healthcare.
Alongside this, our family’s 4.8★ self-contained Airbnb took on a life of its own. Running the Airbnb made me realise something important:
exceptional cleanliness changes how people feel.
So I have combined my desire to deliver high standards built at The Secret Hideaway with what I love most — helping people — especially in their most overwhelming moments.
I began researching extreme cleaning, trauma and unattended-death work, hoarding transformations, and sharps sweeps. That’s when I found the Ultima Cleaning Academy, where three powerful training days gave me the confidence and professional foundation to launch:
Tangerine Extreme Cleans - a service built on compassion, dignity, professionalism and thoroughness — specialising in decontamination, biohazard remediation, hoarding home transformations, trauma and crime scene clearances, and needle-stick/syringe sweeps.
Exceptionally, my mode of transport will be fully electric and wherever safe and effective I will be recycling!
I am fully insured to complete biohazardous cleaning and fully licensed to transport and dispose of waste (Tier 2 Waste Management License). DBS completed.
