Tim was quick to respond. What at first seemed like a simple install new heating element to the tank turned into bigger job. The tank was old and showing signs if its age. Tum advised new rank. As it was old Tim was not able to provide the same size rank as suppliers didnt keep in stock. We got one online made to order and Tim came back the day after it was delivered and fitted it in a couple of hours I had hot water. Pleased with job. Tim seems very knowledgeable on all things plumbing.
