He explained that it would be better to put the tank in the loft which was probably a good idea however he quoted one price but charged more. I can understand that the tank needed other things such as a jacket and pipe work but he should have taken this into consideration when quoting me a price. I went with his quote because it was cheaper which turned out to be more expensive in the long run.
