I truly love my job, whether a simple fence or a full garden renovation my goal is to deliver what a customer wants which may not be what they initially ask for but a good chat can produce.
My favourite part of a quotation is identifying what a customer actually wants from their garden, what space do they use the most, who is going to use it, where does the sun hit and the best question that can be asked is "if you were without limit what would you do with this space". It naturally generates ideas and sometimes the answer is a simple fence and other times a full refurbishment but being able to deliver what you want and maybe not what you initially asked for is my goal.
